Spark Gap Extenders:  This kit is designed to be used with our CCCI coil simulator.  These extenders help troubleshoot faulty spark plug wires by visual spark produced by the coil through the spark plug wires. Each extender attaches to each coil via spark plug wires.

Sealed Fuse Holder

Sealed Fuse Holder:  When you need to add a fuse, this sealed fuse holder is the perfect choice.  This holder is designed to hold a standard ATO type blade fuse. Includes 12 gage wire, cover, terminals, and connectors.

Metal Oval Conduit Clips

Oval Conduit Clips:  Finally, a solution to the broken factory plastic clips that secure the oval conduit to the heater box.  These clips are made to OEM spec and are made of steel!  Two clips per package.

Detail Tape

Detail Tape:  This tape is manufactured specifically for the engine wiring harness.  It is heat resistant and does not shrink under the extreme temperatures found under the hood.  One roll is enough to re-tape an entire engine harness twice over. One roll per package.

Fuel Rail Tap

Fuel Rail Tape: This tee is designed the attach to your fuel rail valve and provide access for an extension fuel gage, fuel drain hose, or secondary fuel injection system. Made of brass, this unit can be permanently attached to the fuel rail.  Includes valve for unused port and machined brass cap.

Manifold Air Temp Sensor

Manifold Air Temperature Sensor: This MAT sensor can be located in the collar of your K&N filter and provides inlet air temperature information to the ECM in order to scale your air/fuel parameters.  The sensor we supply can easily be placed in the inlet cuff of a typical air filter by drilling a 3/8" hole and pressing the sensor into the drilled hole. Also referred to as IAT (Idle Air Temperature) sensor.

Fuel Pump Wiring Upgrade Kit

Fuel Pump Wiring Upgrade:  By far the finest "hotwire" kit on the market, this "plug-n-play" system uses a sealed 30 amp relay and sealed connectors.  Also included is an inline fuse and all necessary hardware needed to install this kit.  This kit will increase the voltage to your fuel pump 15% to 30%, increasing available fuel flow and volume.

TPS-TEC Throttle Enhancer

TPS-TEC Throttle Enhancer:  This Throttle  Enhancer is designed to capture and optimize the throttle signal sent to the ECM at 70% throttle and above.  This unit will ensure maximum ECM performance via fuel delivery and spark timing.  Corrects for any flat spots or dead spots in the throttle sensor and maintains 100% power enrichment at wide-open-throttle. Has LED indicators to facilitate base TPS voltage setting.

Boost Hose / Tee Assembly 

Boost Hose / Tee Assembly: This hose feeds the factory wastegate actuator with the boost reference pressure and its failure is a major cause of overboost.  This factory replacement is cheap insurance considering a brittle and cracked hose can lead to major engine damage. OEM style.

Ground Stretcher Kit 1986-1987

Ground Stretcher Kit: Good grounds are essential for proper engine sensor operation.  The factory located wiring grounds are less than adequate for long term stability.  Our ground stretcher kit overcomes that problem by relocating the grounds, extending the wiring, and providing braided ground connections to the engine and firewall. Assures perfect electrical sensor grounds.

Fuel Pressure Gauge

Fuel Pressure Gauge: Monitoring your fuel pressure is critical on the turbo engines.  This simple gage attachment makes it easy.  Gage is a 2% accuracy direct drive unit and hose is stainless steel braided Teflon.  Gage can be taped to the windshield for observation while racing. Unit comes assembled and ready to install, however, the valve stem in your fuel rail must be removed from the fuel rail, or you can use our Fuel Rail Tee to facilitate installation to the fuel rail without removing valve.

Injector Harness - 1986 thru 1989

Injector Harness:  Our fuel injector harness is produced to OEM specification using Packard connectors and factory cross-linked wire.  Each injector connector is numbered for ease of installation.  Designed for 1986-1989 turbo engines.  Also available in 14 gage for use with low impedance injectors -- Special Order, call for information.

Battery Protector Caps/Bolts

Battery Protector Caps and Bolts: These caps protect the battery terminals from dirt and short circuits.  They securely attach around the battery cable and snap onto the battery terminal.  Kit includes two caps and battery terminal bolts.

45 Degree Fuel Pressure Rail Gauge

Fuel Pressure Rail Gauge:  This 2% direct drive gage can attached directly to your fuel rail tap and allows for immediate fuel pressure regulator adjustment.  Constructed of brass and stainless steel.  Requires removal of Schrader valve using bicycle style valve removal tool.  A must for adjustment of fuel pressure via regulator. Can be set for vertical or horizontal Schrader valve location.
